Publisher Description
we are mit is your home for Latino youth culture. We are one of the fastest growing Hispanic media companies that introduced you to El Compa Negro, and showed you what happens when cholos try vegan food. Now we ve packaged all of the best of we are mit with the most relevant news, information and pop culture from across the web and put it into a slick app.
We know you re busy. Ain t nobody got time to surf the web all day to find the few interesting nuggets that Latinos care about. That s why we designed El Sistema, our patent pending methodology for targeted news curation. We bought an entire warehouse on the outskirts of El Paso, filled it with chimpanzees who surf the web on hamster powered laptops to find the most interesting tweets, Instagram photos, news articles, YouTube videos and more. The chimps then take these posts, sends the URL via pager to our quality control unit that checks to ensure it is indeed relevant to the Latino youth of America. (none of this is remotely true, but it s a lot more exciting than the techno-mumbo-jumbo that explains how it actually works).
You don t have to clutter your twitter feed with politicians, or flood your Instagram feed with celebrity sandwich pictures. Just download the we are mitu app, and we will deliver you all of the stuff you care about and none of the stuff you don t. Most likely. Just do it. It can't hurt.
Requires iOS 8.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
